Allow Me To Reintroduce Myself
I wish you could all see the huge smile on my face as I officially introduce myself as Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and Owner of Clayton Realty Group, Inc. WOW, I still can’t believe it! It has been a lifetime yearning of mine to run my own business and while I’m thrilled with the accomplishments thus far, there is so much more work to be done. After all, we’ve got a pretty lofty business plan!
It certainly hasn’t been easy and those who warned me, thanks for the heads up! The most important concept I learned when I was working under the Keller Williams brokerage is a simple formula for success they call “time on the task over time”. The theory here is that even if you are brilliant and funny and talented and earnest and all kinds of other wonderful things, what is most likely going to make you successful in what you do is…drum roll please…lots of hard work. Bummer huh? I had thought for sure just my handsome looks would lead me directly into a multi-million dollar empire.
Our first blog post went up last September so I guess that was the official launch of the current claytonrealtygroup.com (v2.0 as I like to call it). Back then I was still trying to resist blogging with all my heart and soul and wouldn’t even call it a blog…what a difference a year makes. In that first post I wrote “our goal is to make you the most informed consumers possible” and that is most definitely still the case. We’re really trying to develop a brand here, not as a corporate megalopolis, but as a local company that will always give you real honest, real simple, real estate.

You had a fairly complicated transaction with a lot of twists and turns (I still wake up from nightmares...you?) Not all buyers could handle it as well as you did and it was a pleasure to work with you. Always remember EQUITY=HAPPINESS!!
