Just A Small Town Girl…?
I am absolutely, totally psyched to announce a new member of our team who’s not really very new at all! Some of you may already recognize Beth Lucht as a Massachusetts buyer agent and contributing author (check out her past posts). We are now privileged to have her bring her energy and expertise to Clayton Realty Group full-time as our resident buyer specialist. Formerly with Keller Williams Realty in Concord, MA, Beth first began her real estate career with Buyer’s Network, an exclusive home buyer brokerage. She kind of gives me the feeling she likes working with home buyers…you?
So who is this Beth Lucht anyway? Beth was born in the Midwest in Waukesha, Wisconsin. I once made the mistake of calling it “the small town of Waukesha”. I haven’t made that mistake since so let’s just say I’ve been informed it’s a fairly big city. Beth came to Massachusetts after high school to attend the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has remained in the area since. Like me, she spent way too many years in the corporate world before realizing the rat race was slowly eating away at her soul. She knew she loved helping people and had a fascination for real estate and her integrity and work ethic is what makes her such a strong advocate and trusted advisor for her clients. Add to it she loves to bring homemade baked goods to the office AND top it off with the fact that she can put up with me. It’s a perfect fit.
I’m still pseudo recovering from the surge of buyers that came knocking in the final months of the homebuyer tax credit. With the interest rates still insanely, crazy, mad low and a bit of inventory still out there, there’s no end in sight. NOT that I’m complaining! But as we grow, I need to make sure we continue to meet the standards we have set for ourselves and our clients. We’re not looking for any negative Yelp reviews around here. 
It was definitely time to bring on a resident specialist for our buyers and Beth’s philosophy fits perfectly.
