Ruby relocated to Massachusetts from West Virginia in 2003. He came north for a fresh start after spending time on the lam on the mean streets of Grafton, WV. When he was caught he was charged with a Class D Misdogmeanor: Failure to be a good hunting dog. As part of a plea deal he was extradited to Sudbury, MA. He assumed a new name, rescued two humans and now enjoys being an indoor dog. When he is not blogging Ruby spends his time taking walks, napping, getting belly rubs and giving sweet kisses. He remains a lover not a hunter.
