I’m such a lame “blogger”. And I’m using quotes because really what I am is a realtor who likes to blab online. Whatever you call me 
I have been horrible at keeping up my Weekend in Rearview and what’s even worse is how many of you have noticed and called me out on it! oops. I have been so crazy busy giving incredible service to our clients but I won’t bore everyone with my pathetic excuses. I’ll just say thanks so much for your support and I promise to get my blogging act together someday!
Speaking of people with their blogging act together, I’ve been trying to catch up on my own feed reader and I have to give a shout out to Rob Hahn a.k.a Notorious R.O.B. who writes on marketing, technology and real estate. He is a rediculously good writer with a healthy amount of sarcasm and a clear knowledge of his topics. For example, over the weekend I caught up on his brilliant series “Marketing in a Post-Middle Era” and it was so rich with insight I had to go back for another read. What is the Post-Middle Era? You’ll have to head over to his blog and check it out yourself!

I just posted the Massachusetts housing data for March and the first quarter 2009 regional comparisons so check those out.
If you’re curious about historic buildings or more specifically, condos in historic buildings or if you just like walking around other peoples homes, put Doors Open Lowell on your calendar. It runs May 14-17, catch my favorite buildings (the Birke Building or Renaissance on the River) on Friday the 15th or Saturday the 16th.
Finally, many thanks to the hilarious woman who provided me much entertainment during my open house at 183 Goldsmith on Sunday. She would have been so fun to work with but alas she was working with a buyer agent already. I asked her, why are all the good ones taken? She laughed. And then soon after she left, lol.
