Eat Healthily

The fact is that when you eat badly and have a lot of unhealthy food in your diet, you’ll feel bloated, uncomfortable, and even unwell. You’ll put on weight, and you might do damage to your organs, not to mention that you’ll be a lot less mobile. That’s going to be stressful – not least because your blood pressure might have risen. 

If you eat healthily, however, your physical health will be much better, and that will lower your blood pressure and help you feel calmer. It’s a win-win situation.
