Is it just me or does the Summer go by quicker as a grown up than it did as a kid? I remember feeling the dread of having to go back to school shopping and the anxiety dreams of forgetting my locker combination and the misery of not being able to sleep half the day away. Oh..the good ole’ days of having no tangible worries at all. It’s funny because now I get up earlier than ever and pretty much have the same routine regardless of the season but there’s something about the end of the Summer that still bums me out!
